Aldape’s home is showing as listed for sale in the marketplace for the last 59 days – as at today’s date; Monday, June 6, 2022.
Apparently, Cenlar FSB and their counsel, BDF Hopkins have softened and decided out of the goodness of their cold hearts to let the homeowner sell the property privately and settle up.
